The Nature of Dread team released roughly five minutes of first-person gameplay showing a protagonist moving through dimly lit bunkers and fighting creatures with a handgun and a hammer. The game is set in Hellhole, described as a classified settlement built to contain an ancient evil. It is planned for release on Steam for PC, and the store page lists Japanese language support.
