NetEase Games released NBA Dunk City for iOS and Android on August 6. The free-to-play 3-on-3 street basketball game carries official licenses for all 30 NBA teams and includes more than 40 real players, among them Stephen Curry, LeBron James, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Japan's Yuki Kawamura. The game also introduces an original character named Aila, voiced by Ten Aoi, whose costumes and animations are a central draw. Preview coverage from Automaton and Inside highlights the 11-point match mode, where two teams of three compete on a half-court for three minutes, with the first to 11 points winning. The game includes additional modes such as Championship ranked matches, Dynasty Mode, 5-on-5 full-court battles, and custom modes for 1-on-1 and 3-on-3 play. A gacha system called Surprise Box provides new players, costumes, and development materials, and a shoe customization feature lets players design their own footwear. The developers told Inside that the game avoids a pay-to-win design, with paid items mainly streamlining development and offering costumes.

Good Smile Company has announced a PLAMATEA movable plastic model of Al Azif, the girl-form grimoire from the visual novel Demonbane. The kit is scheduled for release in April 2027 and priced at 8,800 yen including tax. Al Azif stands approximately 140mm tall and is a non-scale assembly model. The figure uses molded colors and pre-painted parts so that assembly alone achieves a color scheme close to the character's image. It includes one pre-painted face part and two types of decals for choosing eye directions. The ribbons and frills of the outfit are precisely reproduced, and joints throughout the body allow for various poses. A base with a movable support is included for action poses. By rearranging the head, the state of wearing the 'Almet' can be reproduced. Weapon parts include two gun-type magical ceremonial tools that manipulate the powers of the Old Dominators 'Cthugha' and 'Itakua', plus the slashing and throwing weapon 'Balzai's Crescent Blade'. The model is designed by POLY-TOYS with production cooperation from Hidetsugu Nishibe.

The program, titled 'Nijisanji × Anime Street Fighter USA All 26 Episodes Relay Live Commentary,' runs from September 17 to October 8, 2026, every Thursday at 20:00. Street Fighter USA aired in the US in the 1990s and was long considered a 'phantom title' in Japan because it was never broadcast or released on home video there; it became available on streaming services in 2021. The VTubers will watch the series fresh, without prior viewing or information. The broadcast will show the anime footage alongside the VTubers' reactions on one screen. A follow-and-repost campaign on the Nico Nico VTuber official X account offers prizes. Kuzuha commented that he wants to learn character matchups by watching the anime to raise his rank.
