Nekopara Sekai Connect Steam Version Delayed to Early October or Later
Good Smile Company and NEKO WORKs announced on September 25 that the Steam release of Nekopara Sekai Connect, previously set for September 28, is pushed to early October or later. The platform review has run past a month, and as of September 25 there was no sign it would finish, so the launch slips. A new maintenance schedule will be announced once the review clears. On September 30 the smartphone version, already running on iOS and Android, got its October slate: the new Bastet Cat Academy cat Fig, voiced by Yu Kobayashi, enters a pickup gacha after the October 5 maintenance, with Aki and Saffron in a parallel pickup through October 29. The Halloween event The 4th Nyan On, subtitled Chasing the Mischievous Cat, runs the same window with rhythm game and quest points traded for gacha tickets, plus an event pass, login bonuses, ranking battles, and an original story set at La Soleil. Fig, Aki, and Saffron get Halloween costumes in the costume shop. A half-anniversary campaign lands mid-October, and the Golden Flower Cat Science Academy arc starts late in the month.
