The Elusive Samurai season 2 has added Niina Hanamiya to its cast as Mima. The season began airing July 17 on Fuji TV's Noitamina block and on AT-X, with Crunchyroll streaming it as it airs. Yuta Yamazaki returns to direct at CloverWorks, and Yasushi Nishiya returns as character designer and chief animation director. Kento Nakajima performs the opening theme, and Bocchiboromaru performs the ending with three guest vocalists from Hinatazaka46.
