HoYoverse Unveils Nodus Fall, a Dark Fantasy Co-op Action Game
HoYoverse unveiled its new title Nodus Fall at gamescom Opening Night Live 2026 on August 26th JST. Game*Spark attended a hands-on event in Cologne, Germany, and played a trial build. The multiplayer fantasy action game adopts a realistic art style, a departure from the studio's usual anime look. It blends Monster Hunter-style hunting with soulslike presentation. The play session covered 4-player co-op with classes including archer, knight, mage, and sorcerer, and featured two bosses: Qiongqi and Maldrake.
