Okipro Absorbs Web Writer Pro In Merger Effective October 1
Okipro Co., Ltd. absorbed its wholly owned subsidiary Web Writer Pro Co., Ltd. as of October 1, 2026, consolidating personnel, funds, accounting, and contracts that the two companies had handled separately. Web Writer Pro contracts transfer to Okipro, and service details, staff, and contact information stay the same. Daichi Fujikura became a Representative Director of Okipro on the same date, joining Keita Shimochi. Invoices from October 2026 are issued under the Okipro name.
