Otomate's fall 2026 began with a concrete release: MIX DUNK -KING OF BASKETBALL-, a basketball romance adventure, is set for Nintendo Switch on November 26. The game is supervised by the Kawasaki Brave Thunders and AKB48, with a cast led by Chiharu Sawashiro, Tomokazu Sugita, Junya Enoki, Takuma Terashima, and Yoshiki Nakajima.
Two days of Otomate Party 2026 in September produced the label's clearest recent slate. VELVET CANDY TINT KISS is a new romance adventure set in modern Japan with kissing as a central mechanic, and GENROH, the 2012 PSP title, is headed to Nintendo Switch. The 9 R.I.P. sequel event OTOMATE LOGBOOK PAGE02 was scheduled for November 22, 2026 with two performances at Belsalle Takadanobaba, with ticket tiers at 28,000, 11,800, and 9,800 yen. A separate round of announcements added Hakuoki Shinkai Ki (or Kiwame), a Nintendo Switch 2 compilation of six Hakuoki Shinkai games; the Kimi wa Yukima ni Koinegau fan disc; the CharadeManiacs fan disc Fond de Dialogue, which includes prequel and post-romance episodes; the romance adventure Ayashiki Togenkyo no Arias with main character visuals, cast, and key art; and Shinso no Doppelt, set in 1947. All are tied to the 20th anniversary in 2027.
Outside game announcements, Otomate's character business continues through Kujibikido's third 'with sweets' online lottery, drawn from B's-LOG magazine gravure art, at 770 yen per draw from October 1 to October 29, and a seven-item scent collaboration with Lovaroma for Matsurika no Kei -kEi- Tenmeiin Iden, priced 2,900 to 32,300 yen and shipping in December 2026. Idea Factory also opened the advance lottery for the 9 R.I.P. sequel event to Otomate Party 2026 attendees before a general sale on October 17, and established a new global adventure-game brand, IFChronicle, with its first title ICONOLOGY for Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.
