Panzer Dragoon Zwei Remake Updated Demo Launches on Steam
Forever Entertainment released an updated demo for Panzer Dragoon Zwei: Remake on Steam on August 10, incorporating feedback from the initial demo. The new version polishes visuals and animations and adds Stage 2, which lets players experience route branching and one of the dragon's evolution forms. A new teaser trailer accompanies the demo. The remake is based on the 1996 Sega Saturn rail shooter, the second entry in the Panzer Dragoon series. Players control young rider Randy Jangjack and his dragon partner Ragi, using gunfire, laser attacks, and the Berserk Attack to fight through stages. The game includes a growth system where the dragon changes form based on play style, branching routes for each stage, and two control schemes: Classic and Modern. It is planned for release on Nintendo Switch, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and GOG, priced at $24.99 or ¥2570. The demo is available on Steam, with a release date still to be announced.
