PSO2 New Genesis ver.2 Adds Spectral Tower Permanent Quest and Riiz Weapons
Sega updated PSO2 New Genesis ver.2 on September 9, 2026, adding the high-difficulty permanent quest Suppression of the Spectral Tower: Northern Frozen Wastes. The four-player quest takes place in a tower in Alterelum. The update also introduced the Riiz weapon series, which upgrades from the Kaiz series using Kaiz Cube items.
