Prepared Adds AI Call Recording Service Ahead Of Japan's Customer Harassment Rules
Prepared Inc. has begun handling RecACE plus, an AI service that records landline calls, then transcribes, summarizes, and tags them for review on a PC or smartphone. The company is pitching it at telephone handling ahead of rules that from October 1, 2026 obligate business operators in Japan to take measures against customer harassment, or kasuhara.
