RK Music announced on August 28 that virtual artist Cil will graduate and end activities on August 31, 2026, by mutual agreement after repeated discussions. Her X account will stop updates, while existing videos remain public, but streaming archives go private and memberships end. No graduation stream is planned, prioritizing her health. Cil had suspended activities in December 2025 due to adjustment disorder.
RK Music's KMNZ announced KMNPARTY vol.8, set for September 13 at Shibuya WOMB. The lineup includes virtual singer RIM from KAMITSUBAKI STUDIO and RK Music unit NUROJUNK, alongside DJs and rappers. Tickets go on sale August 8 at noon.
The TV Tokyo karaoke battle show's YouTube original series VSinger UTAMATSURI will hold its first live event on August 22 at Toyosu PIT. Singers from RK Music and KAMITSUBAKI STUDIO will compete in a 5-on-5 karaoke match with AI scoring. Performers include HACHI, KMNZ, VESPERBELL, Rime, Harusarubi, and others. Comedian duo Nishikigoi will serve as MCs. Tickets go on presale July 13.
