RyzaChat:AI App Lets Players Talk Through an Atelier Ryza Summer

SpiralAI announced on August 4, 2026, that it is developing RyzaChat: AI Ryza to Tsukuru Anata Dake no Hitonatsu no Yumemonogatari, a free-scenario AI chat RPG licensed from Koei Tecmo Games. The app is set in the world of Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout and is scheduled for release on iOS and Android in August 2026. Pre-registration opened the same day. The game uses SpiralAI's proprietary SpiralLLM, trained on all scenarios and setting materials from the original Atelier Ryza, to drive text conversations with Ryza. Players can choose between RPG Mode, which advances the story, and Chat Mode, which allows relaxed interaction. All actions on Kurken Island, including gathering, alchemy, shop management, and combat, arise from conversation. The app follows five principles: assets are handcrafted under illustrator Toridamono's supervision with no image or video generation AI; Ryza's voice uses recordings made for the app by original voice actress Yuri Noguchi, processed through SpiralAI's speech synthesis; text uses SpiralLLM; the world follows the original under Koei Tecmo's supervision; and revenue returns as royalties to illustrators, voice actors, and IP holders.
