Fate/EXTRA Record Streams First Character PV for Saber
Aniplex released the first character promotional video for Fate/EXTRA Record on September 9, 2026. The video introduces Saber, voiced by Sakura Tange, one of the Servant candidates who can contract with the game's protagonist. Saber is a swordsman whose small stature hides sword skills that match her name, and she carries herself with arrogance while secretly loving beautiful things. Fate/EXTRA Record is a full remake of the 2010 PlayStation Portable RPG Fate/EXTRA, the first RPG in the Fate series. The game launches January 28, 2027 for Nintendo Switch 2, Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam. Arco Wada returns as character designer. The remake was announced in July 2020 at the original game's 10th anniversary and has been delayed several times, most recently from a spring 2026 target. Aniplex publishes the game, with Marvelous Europe handling Europe and Australia.
