Sal Jiang's Wicked Spot Manga Ends in Two Chapters
Sal Jiang announced on X on Sunday that the manga Wicked Spot will conclude with its 16th chapter. Kadokawa published the 14th chapter on May 22, and the 15th chapter is scheduled for June 26. The series debuted in October 2024 on Kadokawa's KadoComi app under the CandleA brand. Kadokawa shipped the first compiled volume in February 2025, and Kodansha USA released the first English volume on May 26. The story follows Sadako, a centuries-old sorceress who becomes an internet sensation after revealing she is a witch, and Hanako, a young woman with superhuman strength who becomes her hater. Jiang's previous works include Black and White: Tough Love at the Office from Seven Seas and Ayaka Is in Love with Hiroko from Tokyopop, the latter of which inspired two live-action series.
