Hasegawa to Sell Border Model's 1/35 Dauntless Pre-Painted Kit From December 2026
Border Model's 1/35 SBD-3/4 Dauntless Full Interior kit uses completely new molds and ships with pre-painted parts and etched details, including the rear machine gun, so no painting is required. Hasegawa distributes it in Japan from December 2026 onward at 15,070 yen. A separate 7,590 yen pack adds a display stand, a propeller rotation gimmick powered by Type-C, and two resin pilot figures; the main body is not included.
