SORACOM Adds Free Plan To SORACOM Query For All Accounts
SORACOM announced on September 30, 2026 that it added a Free Plan to SORACOM Query, its data analysis service on the SORACOM AI and IoT communications platform. The plan costs nothing and is applied automatically to existing accounts, with no application required. Each account can run up to 500 analyses in total per coverage type, and use beyond that requires a paid plan. SORACOM Query extracts and analyzes line management data and IoT data stored on the platform using SQL, which lets users examine communication volume trends and the connection status of multiple lines. The service includes an AI assistant that generates SQL from natural language; on the simple screen, a user can type a question such as which devices had high data communication volume last month, and the AI builds the SQL and presents results as tables and graphs. Agent Mode on the advanced screen has the AI repeat SQL construction and execution until the result matches the analysis intent.
