SPRK Announces 4-Player Co-Op Backrooms Mapper 'Backrooms: Project Mapping'
SPRK announced Backrooms: Project Mapping on October 6 for PC via Steam. Players explore procedurally generated Backrooms areas for Latent Space Research Corporation, recording routes with a hand camera and returning to base to process the cassette. Up to four players can cooperate. All players share one massive Backrooms and one mapping status, which SPRK calls Collective Mapping. Credits from mapped areas and recovered materials fund exploration upgrades.
