Stellar Code is out now on PS5, Switch and PS4 at 2860 yen, following its August 2025 PC release. KEMCO's console version adds a time-limited 10 percent Switch discount and a 15 percent PlayStation Plus discount on PS5 and PS4.
Stellar Code moved from a PC-only release to consoles in the space of two stories. Fragaria, the doujin circle behind the sci-fi mystery, put the game out on PC in August 2025. In September 2026, KEMCO announced console versions for Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PS5 and PS4, with a playable build at Tokyo Game Show 2026 and a fall 2026 release window. At that point the title was still framed as an upcoming port.
The October 2026 release settles the format and the price. KEMCO shipped the consumer version on October 16, 2026 for PS5, Nintendo Switch and PS4 at 2860 yen. Switch buyers get 10 percent off until November 5. PlayStation Plus members get 15 percent off the PS5 and PS4 versions until October 29. The game is a port of the PC release, developed by Fragaria, the studio known for The Witch of Ihanashi.
Coverage diverged on one platform. The September announcement listed Nintendo Switch 2 alongside the other consoles. The October release story names only PS5, Nintendo Switch and PS4, and does not mention Switch 2. The release story is the more recent and fixes the platforms actually sold at launch: PS5, Switch and PS4. What the two stories agree on is the price, the developer, the October 16 ship date and the PC origin in August 2025.
