KADOKAWA Merges Five Anime Studios into New Studio One Base
KADOKAWA announced on September 8 that it will merge five group anime production studios into a new studio, Studio One Base, to be established in November 2026. The five studios are ENGI, Studio KADAN, ChipTune, Bellnox Films, and Raging Bull. Each studio keeps its name, brand, and production line. The merger is the third step of the company's initiative to strengthen anime and live-action production. The studios will consolidate at a new base in Ikebukuro's Sunshine City.
