Ark Maker Brings Player-Created Maps to Consoles in Late September
Studio Wildcard will release the paid upgrade "ARK: Tides of Fortune" alongside the remade "ARK: Genesis Part 1" map on June 25, 2026. The in-game tool "ARK Maker," which lets players create maps and game rules on console alone, is set to launch in late September. The Genesis remake features a greatly expanded ocean area with real-time physics-based water simulation and a new giant octopus creature called the Paleo Octopus.
