STUDIO909 released a Steam demo for the mystery adventure game Quiet Express Room 909 on October 17, 2026. The game is set on the Quiet Express, a train that crosses the continent over seven days. Players wake in the rear-most passenger car and move toward the front while searching for Room 909, a cabin that should not exist. At each door, three car candidates are drawn by lottery from passenger cars, dining cars, botanical gardens, and freight cars, and the player chooses which to connect. Exploring yields items that reroll the candidates or add a fourth option, and rearranging the train's composition opens new passages. On day seven, just before the final station, the Quiet Express derails and everyone aboard dies, sending the player back seven days to repeat the journey. The demo runs about 30 minutes and offers multiple ways to avert the derailment. Quiet Express Room 909 is scheduled for release in 2027. The price is undecided.
