SHEEPSTERS Announced: Shout, Throw, and Herd Sheep in 4-Player Co-Op
Polden Publishing announced on August 3, 2026, that it will publish SHEEPSTERS, a cooperative adventure game developed by Team Sheepsters. The game supports solo play and online co-op for up to four players on PC via Steam. Players take on the role of rural shepherds tasked with guiding escaped flocks of sheep back home across hills and forests. The sheep are intentionally uncooperative: they can be directed by shouting into a megaphone, but they do not always move as intended. Players can also grab and throw sheep, launch them with trampolines, or place them on mechanisms that operate with the sheep's weight. The journey is complicated by hazards such as tornadoes that create 'sheepnadoes,' minefields, collapsing bridges, and aliens that attempt to steal the sheep. Sheep come in different coat colors, including white, black, and brown, and some have horns, earrings, or hairstyles. The announcement trailer was released alongside the news, and the game is scheduled to launch on PC via Steam.
