The Doraemon official website is offering Fujiko F. Fujio's SF short manga 'The End of Old Age' free until September 22. The story follows Ikeda, a boy who left Earth 6000 years ago and reached Raglang Star, waking from artificial hibernation to find humanity entering its 'old age' as a species, with falling birth rates. Advances in technology mean the return trip to Earth now takes only 60 days, a blow to Ikeda after his long journey.
