Shiny Colors is expanding its merchandise line with a joint live with SideM set for June 2027 at Yokohama Arena and multiple figure and model releases scheduled through 2027.
Shiny Colors has moved into a period of merchandise and event expansion. The most recent story covers a joint live with THE IDOLM@STER SideM, called SPARKLE SHOWDOWN, scheduled for Yokohama Arena on June 5 and 6, 2027. The two-day event splits the cast by day: Day 1 pairs SideM units W, FRAME, High×Joker, Shinsoku Ikkon, and C.FIRST with Shiny Colors units Houkago Climax Girls, Alstroemeria, Straylight, and Cometik; Day 2 pairs Altessimo, Café Parade, S.E.M, F-LAGS, and Legenders with illumination STARS, antim, Straylight, and noctchill.
Before that, the franchise's plastic model presence grew through Bandai Spirits' 30 MINUTES SISTERS line. Kaho Komiya received a kit set for May 30, 2026, priced at 4,180 yen including tax. Later, Mikoto Hida was added to the same line, with a release in January 2027. Both announcements came from Bandai Spirits, and the Kaho Komiya kit includes pre-colored parts, three face parts, and microphone-holding hands.
Figure and plush merchandise also expanded. Megahouse revealed a colored prototype of the Lucrea Higuchi Enka [Merry] figure in June 2026, based on an SSR card illustration from the Twilights Collection, with pre-orders opening in early July. Bandai Spirits announced a six-volume Chibi Gurumi plush prize series tied to the PJ: REFRAC7IONS shuffle unit project, launching at Namco locations in November 2026.
