Ken Ogino Says Jump Would Not Run His Female-Led Manga Without Eroticism

Ken Ogino, artist of The Ossan Newbie Adventurer, recalled that Weekly Shonen Jump editors told him 11 years ago they would not publish his series Lady Justice with a female protagonist unless it focused on eroticism. Ogino said he reluctantly added the content and is now envious that manga creators can draw female leads without it.
