Tomohito Takatsuka is attached to two upcoming anime projects: the Fairy Princess Minky Momo OVA opening in Japan on November 13, and the TV Anicomi 'Seishun no Yarinaoshi wa Isekai de' airing on TOKYO MX from January 2027.
Tomohito Takatsuka's recent credits come from two casting announcements. In the Fairy Princess Minky Momo OVA, he plays Rubato, a young man, alongside Yoko Hikasa as the boy Peter. The OVA, titled Maho no Princess Minky Momo Akogare no Yume e Magokoro no Duo, opens in Japan on November 13. The story is set in the dream land of Diginarsa, and it is the franchise's first new OVA since 1994's Minky Momo in The Station of Your Memories.
Separately, Takatsuka plays Fuwa Makoto in the Anicomi adaptation of Renta!'s original BL vertical comic 'Seishun no Yarinaoshi wa Isekai de'. Ryuichi Kijima plays Thanatos. The show airs on TOKYO MX from January 2027. Papyless's Anicomi format adds motion and audio to manga, and the adaptation adds generative AI to some cuts. A key visual and teaser PV were released with the announcement.
Both roles are announced castings rather than completed works. The Minky Momo OVA has a confirmed opening date of November 13, while the 'Seishun no Yarinaoshi wa Isekai de' Anicomi has a confirmed January 2027 broadcast window and channel. No further production details about Takatsuka's roles have been stated.
