CESA Details Two-Year TGCA Creator Program at CEDEC2026
CESA's Human Resource Development Committee presented the design and early effects of Top Game Creators Academy, a two-year creator development project funded through the Japan Arts Council's Cultural Arts Activity Infrastructure Strengthening Fund with Agency for Cultural Affairs subsidies. The program is supervised by Level-5 president Akihiro Hino, with Bandai Namco Studios' Masataka Kato as a dedicated mentor, and has participants cycle through challenge, practice, and reflection.
