Forest Escape: Last Train Enters Steam Early Access
FragLab and Two Cakes Studio launched the early access version of the cooperative horror game 'Forest Escape: Last Train' on Steam on July 10, 2026. Players awaken as escaped convicts at an abandoned station in a foggy forest and must navigate a nightmare world by train, collecting resources, solving puzzles, and evading surreal enemies such as cursed dolls and giant eyeballs. The early access build includes 13 locations with distinct mini-games, three starting points, and difficulty settings from Easy to Hard. The game supports solo play and up to four-player cooperative play. The price is 1,200 yen, with a 20% discount to 960 yen for the first two weeks. The developers plan to release the full version in the first half of 2027 and will continue to add content and balance adjustments based on community feedback.
