Stoke Games is holding a playtest for Tyr on Steam. The multiplayer tank shooter lets players customize armored vehicles with unique abilities, from tracked to hovercraft types. The playtest runs until August 2, and the full release is scheduled for the third quarter of 2026 on Steam. Japanese is not currently supported.

Bandai Spirits released five new Plano-saurus model kits from the Gachikoseibutsu-bu line on July 11, 2026. The lineup includes Tyrannosaurus 1915 and Spinosaurus 1915, which recreate outdated scientific reconstructions, plus a Pachyrhinosaurus with optional horn parts. Two Tyrannosaurus variants feature tropical rainforest and snowy region color schemes, the latter using a new Mineral Injection technology to simulate snow. All kits are snap-fit, no-tool, and include a display base.

Naichi, the operator of the free game sharing site unityroom, announced on June 17 that the site now supports Godot Engine's GDExtension feature. This allows users to upload games that use native C++ code via GDExtension, significantly expanding the range of Godot games that can be posted. Thread Support remains unsupported. The site began accepting Godot games in April but previously lacked GDExtension compatibility.

CobraTekku Games announced that 'KIYO - Bunny Tyranny' will release on Nintendo Switch on June 25 and on PC via Steam on June 26. The 2D side-scrolling stealth action game is set in Rabbit Hole City, a neon-lit cyberpunk dystopia ruled by smartphone-addicted rabbits. Players control Kiyo, a feline former predator, using stealth, ropes, and carrots to overthrow the rabbit dictatorship. The game is developed by UK indie studio PixelRats.
