VAIO T Debuts With Multi-Flip Screen And Kachiiro Colorway

VAIO announced the 13.3-inch VAIO T on September 10, a notebook built around a multi-flip mechanism that rotates the screen on a central pivot for three positions: notebook, view, and tablet. VAIO accepts orders from September 18 at 10:00, and the machine launches September 11, 2026. The external panel measures 312.0mm wide, 224.6mm deep, and 14.6 to 19.6mm high. A 2560x1600 touch display carries a 9.21-megapixel camera, the keyboard has about 19mm key pitch, and a 9.2MP camera sits above the panel. Ports include USB4 and Thunderbolt 4 USB Type-C with DisplayPort 2.1 output up to 5120x2880 at 60Hz, a second USB Type-C, HDMI at 4096x2160 at 60Hz, USB Type-A, 1000BASE-T wired LAN, and a headphone jack, plus Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. Three colors ship: Fine Black, Fine Red, and Kachiiro. Personal customizable models start at 374,000 yen, and the Kachiiro special edition is 423,500 yen.
