COMAC and Value Change Agree to Joint R&D on Narrative Assessment
Japan Communication Academy (COMAC) has signed a joint research and development agreement with Value Change. The two will combine the "eye for people" that senior talent bring from frontline interviews with COMAC's Integral Quantum Assessment, a patented technology that reads the direction and strength of people and organizations from dialogue rather than scores. Part of the service will be shown at Value Change's booth at the AI Era Human Resources and Organizational Reform EXPO at Makuhari Messe from November 11 to 13, 2026.
