VaVa's published coverage in 2026 is about his game fandom rather than new music. KAI-YOU profiled him at Super Potato in Akihabara, where he discussed the retro games that shaped his listening.
VaVa's coverage in these stories is narrow and fixed on his game fandom. The profile centered on a visit to Super Potato, a retro game shop in Akihabara, where he talked through the games that shaped his music. The games he named are specific: the MOTHER series is his favorite game music, and he has taken part in official remix projects for Persona 3 and UNDERTALE. He also recalled clearing Adventure Island and playing Dragon Quest Monsters 2 with friends.
The profile does not attach those games to a particular release, album, or production credit. What it establishes is his participation in official remix work tied to Persona 3 and UNDERTALE, which sits alongside his own recordings rather than replacing them. No new VaVa record is announced in either story.
A later story about LYRICADE's lineup at Shibuya WWW lists Worldwide Skippa, yvnlazy, and Ludio as additions to a bill of 25 acts for October 25, with tickets at 2,500 yen plus a separate two-drink charge. VaVa is not among the acts named in that story, so it does not add to his current picture. The dossier rests on the profile alone, and everything stated about him here comes from it.
