VCR83 Security Camera Horror Announced For Q4 2026

Publisher Galactic Crows has announced VCR83, a psychological horror game developed by Tarba Paul Cornel, with a demo now available on Steam. Players work as a security camera monitor who watches real-time feeds and clicks on anomalies that should not be there. Correct reports earn tokens that unlock new levels and move the story forward. Clearing each level also opens an epilogue of about 3 to 5 minutes in which the player returns to the site after the shift ends and checks what happened once the recording stopped. A virtual assistant named Pete supports the player, answering questions, singing, and growing more interested in the player over time. The game is set for release in the fourth quarter of 2026 and supports Japanese display. Stories tied to four different surveillance locations unfold across the shift.
