At a Twitch-hosted session at Tokyo Game Show 2026 on September 17, Twitch CEO Dan Clancy presented survey data showing an average view time of 72 minutes and said users who answered "I can be myself" on Twitch were more than double the figure for other social media. Riot Games SVP of Global Esports and International Whalen Rozelle then joined him, saying Riot positions community as "strategy" itself.
