The CREATORS 7 and V-Karu biz Pair Up at Akihabara UDX in November 2026
A badge from one event now opens a floor of the other, which puts working VTubers and the companies that hire them in the same room as the wider creator industry for one day.

Trident Works and PANORA Inc. will run their November 2026 events together at Akihabara UDX. The CREATORS 7, a networking event for creators and entertainment companies, runs Friday 11/27 and Saturday 11/28. V-Karu biz, a VTuber industry business matching event, runs only on Friday 11/27. CREATORS 7 badge holders get free entry to the V-Karu biz VTuber and Creators Area, a conditional free-entry space.
Registration for The CREATORS 7 is open. The April 2026 edition drew over 2,900 industry professionals in total, and the organizers describe it as one of the largest networking events in the industry.
The crossover is limited. A CREATORS 7 badge covers only the V-Karu biz Conditional Entry Area, not the rest of that event, and full V-Karu biz participation requires advance application. Inside the open area, VTuber Appeal Sheets will be displayed so active VTubers can pitch themselves to industry professionals attending.
