Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG Slates 10th Anniversary Movie Box for December 19
For a film that ended its theatrical run years ago, the anniversary box is the franchise's way of keeping movie-era cards, including the reprints players still build around, available under current rarity standards.
Reporting from 1 source: Inside.
A Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG product marking 10 years of the film Yu-Gi-Oh! THE DARK SIDE OF DIMENSIONS is set for December 19, priced at 4,950 yen, with each box holding 10 packs of 5 cards. Every card is Ultra Rare or higher. Three new cards are named: Gold Pride - Chimeratech Rampage Dragon, Time-Space Lock, and Warrior's Devotion. Reprints include Lemon Magician Girl in an Overframe Ultra Rare version.
The box covers cards from the film on two fronts. New cards tied to the duels and scenes in the movie sit alongside re-recorded cards, and some in both groups get the Overframe treatment. The package art uses the film's key visual.
Konami's reprint list runs from Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl to Silent Swordsman LV5, Clear Kuriboh and the Magician Girl line. Lemon Magician Girl is confirmed in an Overframe plus Ultra Rare specification on top of its normal design.
