The announcement arrives with nothing attached but the format: a net adaptation, details pending, which leaves the casting and the streaming home as the open questions the jacket band did not answer.

The ninth compiled volume of Yukari Takinami's Watashitachi wa Mutsū Renai ga Shitai, which shipped on Thursday, carries a jacket band announcing a live-action net adaptation. More details will come later. The manga centers on Minami, who can only express her true feelings through a private social media account, and her encounter with an older male "feminist uncle." Takinami launched it on Kodansha's &Sofa site in November 2021.
The announcement came on the ninth volume's wraparound jacket band, which shipped on Thursday. Kodansha shipped the eighth volume on February 20, so the series is moving at a steady volume pace on the &Sofa site where it launched in November 2021.
The story follows Minami, who can only say what she feels through a private account, and an older man described as a feminist uncle. The title names three figures: the private-account woman, the stardust man, and the uncle. Takinami's earlier Motokare Mania also ran in Kodansha's Kiss and got a live-action television series in October 2019.
