The roster splits returning Avengers regulars from the Fantastic Four, Thunderbolts and X-MEN casts now folded into one film, which is the clearest sign yet of how much of the Marvel bench Doomsday is carrying.

Cinema Today reports 29 Japanese voice cast members for Avengers: Doomsday, opening in Japan and the US on December 18. Kenta Miyake voices Thor, Yuichi Nakamura voices Steve Rogers, Junpei Mizobata voices Sam Wilson's Captain America and Kanako Momota voices Shuri. Takehito Koyasu and Maaya Sakamoto join from Fantastic Four: First Steps, and Mugihito, Atsushi Goto and Naoko Koda return from the X-MEN series.
The list crosses over three earlier Marvel films. Mutsumi Tamura, Akio Otsuka and Yuki Kaji come in from Thunderbolts*, and Takehito Koyasu and Maaya Sakamoto from Fantastic Four: First Steps. The X-MEN side brings Mugihito as Professor X, Atsushi Goto as Nightcrawler and Naoko Koda as Mystique.
Several actors addressed the story in comments. Nakamura said the Doomsday trailer surprised him after he had assumed Steve's story ended with Endgame, and Mizobata said he wants to show Sam grown into the Captain America role.
