Acacia announced on October 9 that Aya Uchida will voice Nekomizo Nora in Mahou Shoujo no Inshuu Mura, its upcoming magical girl suspense game. Nora is described as a girl with a cheerful, clown-like manner who ends her sentences with a cat-like "nyaa" and always wears a mask. Her liveliness is surface-level; the character never lets anyone grasp her true feelings, and much of her behavior is described as shrouded in mystery. She is assigned the flower calendula, and her magic, Kyouya no Dangan, fires flower seeds from a handgun. Her birthday and bloom elements are still undisclosed on the official website. Uchida is known for roles including Kotori Minami in Love Live! and Kaban in Kemono Friends. Acacia previously made Mahou Shoujo no Majo Saiban. The game is scheduled for release this year on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. The announcement came through the game's official account with a cast reveal image.
The two Denfaminicogamer posts on the reveal disagree about which agency represents Aya Uchida. One version credits her to Across Entertainment. The other credits her to Aoni Production. The rest of the cast announcement is identical in both: the official image for Nekomizo Nora runs with Uchida's handle, @aya_uchida, and the hashtag #まのむら.
The reveal went out from the game's official account, @mahoumura, on October 9, 2026, alongside the cast image. Acacia has built the character around a contradiction. Her surface is cheerful, clown-like energy; underneath, she never lets anyone grasp her true feelings.
Two more details sit on the official site as placeholders. Nora's birthday and her bloom elements are both marked undisclosed, which means Acacia is filling in the roster before the character data is complete.
Uchida's known roles include Kotori Minami in Love Live! and Kaban in Kemono Friends. The game itself remains set for release this year on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.
