Editorial policy
Yomimono is a Yukimedia publication covering anime, manga, and games in English. We read a wide net of named public sources, cluster coverage of the same event, and write one story per event rather than one per outlet, with each listed source named on the page. Stories are written by AI language models from the clustered source reporting, then pass automated quality checks before they publish; if a published story is wrong, email contact@yomimono.id and we will correct it and the story's updated date changes.
Who runs Yomimono
Yomimono (読み物, "things to read") is a Yukimedia publication. We cover anime, manga, and games in English.
How stories are sourced
Stories are aggregated from named public outlets. Coverage of the same event is clustered, then one English piece is written per event, not one per outlet. Every story names those outlets and lists a headline and a link for each source; Japanese headlines are translations. Some stories combine several outlets; many draw from a single approved outlet. A single-outlet story is published only from sources we have approved for that, names that outlet as its only source, and stays out of our monthly article sitemaps.
How stories are written and checked
Every story is drafted by an AI model working only from the cited source articles, under written rules: stick to what the sources say, no invented detail, no spin presented as fact. Before publishing, automated checks reject banned phrasing, unsupported "first-ever" claims, and over-long headlines, and remove unsupported "exclusive" wording; a draft that keeps failing is not published.
Claims extracted onto entity pages are also cross-checked against open-web sources regularly. That check annotates facts; it does not rewrite the original story.
Corrections
If a published story is wrong, we correct it and the story's updated date changes. That change is reflected in the story's structured data. There is no separate correction notice on the page. Every story still lists its sources.
