AlmaZarQ Opens Second-Generation VTuber Audition Until November 30
The audition follows the group's 2025 launch with four members, so baton is now looking to widen AlmaZarQ's roster rather than build it from scratch.

baton Inc. is recruiting new members for AlmaZarQ, the four-member VTuber group that debuted in April 2025 as QuizKnock's juniors. Applications run from October 24 to November 30, 2026. Applicants must live in Japan, be 18 or older, hold no exclusive contract with an agency or record company, and commit to at least two years of activity. Experience in a specific academic field or as a streamer is a preferred qualification.
The application window runs from October 24 to November 30, 2026, with applicants directed to a Google Form. High school students are not eligible, and anyone under an exclusive contract with a production agency or record company cannot apply.
baton lists two preferred qualifications: strong interest or knowledge in a specific academic field, and prior streaming experience. The group's stated theme is a journey of playing with the world from "Kininaru" (curiosity), and the audition calls for members who can draw out that curiosity in others. Yume Yumekawa, Pyoko Haneru, Hatena Tokito, and Mojimaro Kotodamano remain the current lineup.
