Aogiri High School Resumes Some YouTube Posts, Cancels December Music Festival
The policy shifts resources and staffing from the official group channel toward individual member channels and individual activities, so what the group produces going forward is decided member by member rather than as one lineup.

Aogiri High School published a statement on October 15 outlining changes to how the group is run, after a September 10 postponement of member Chiyoura Chomi's live event and a September 11 suspension of official YouTube posts during a management reorganization. Official channel posts resume from October, limited to group projects, and a December music festival announced at Aogiri High School Enrollment Festival 2026 is canceled.
The statement, dated October 15, covers event planning and progress, the running of official accounts, and how content gets planned, made, and published. On the official YouTube channel, posts come back from October at an adjusted volume and stay limited to things only the official channel carries, such as projects that bring several members together.
Support moves toward members' own channels and individual work, including planning, production, sales, and rights checks. The group says the resources that used to go into the official channel will go to individual activities instead.
