Bandai Opens Pre-Orders for Two HG Gundam ZZ Kits
Two Gundam ZZ mobile suits that have long gone without HG 1/144 kits get them in the same wave, and the Döven Wolf's build leans on the Mega Launcher and incom gimmicks rather than a straight static mold.
Reporting from 1 source: Inside.
Premium Bandai began taking pre-orders on October 19 at 11:00 for two HG 1/144 kits from Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ: the Döven Wolf and the Dreissen, each priced at 2,640 yen with tax included. The Döven Wolf reproduces its original appearance and includes gimmicks for connecting to the Mega Launcher and deploying its incoms. The Dreissen gets updated weapon designs and heavy mobile suit proportions, with the arm's three-barrel cannon reproduced through interchangeable parts.
Both kits are listed at the same 2,640 yen tax-included price. Pre-orders may close once the prepared quantity is reached, and the article points readers to each product page for details.
The Döven Wolf is built to match how the machine appeared in the original work, with the Mega Launcher connection and incom deployment worked in as gimmicks. The Dreissen takes a different approach, restyling its weapons and giving the kit proportions suited to a heavy mobile suit.
