Bandai Reveals Full Lineup for Niformation Kamen Rider Vol. 5
The volume leans on Kabuto's 20th anniversary and Niformation's own 5th for its top rarities, which is how Bandai keeps a 154-yen wafer line selling to collectors rather than only to kids.
