Bandai's Haruhi Suzumiya Mini CD Gashapon Nears Reservation Close
The set turns the series' songs into capsule-toy collectibles sold by reservation, so the cutoff and the January 2027 shipping window are the only dates that matter to anyone who wants the full eight.
Reporting from 1 source: Inside.
Bandai is selling a Gashapon mini CD collection based on The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. The lineup has eight types: Boken desho desho?, Hare Hare Yukai, Super Driver, Tomare!, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Tsumeawase, and Character Song Vol.1 Haruhi Suzumiya, Vol.2 Yuki Nagato, and Vol.3 Mikuru Asahina. Each play costs 500 yen including tax. Reservations close at 23:59 on September 27, with shipping around late January 2027.
The gashapon covers the vocal side of the series rather than its characters: opening and ending themes, inserted songs, and the three solo character songs for Haruhi, Yuki, and Mikuru. Reservations are handled as a set window rather than an in-store draw, and each play costs 500 yen including tax. The deadline is 23:59 on September 27, and shipping is scheduled for around late January 2027. The article also lists paperback editions of the Haruhi Suzumiya light novels from Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko.
