Why it matters
The teaser confirms what the anime actually looks like for a project that had run on songs, stage, events, and manga since its TV adaptation was announced in November 2025, and it arrives with a short-anime slot and a December 6 advance screening to carry the audience into the January premiere.
Shinnosuke Tachibana voices Dr. Nakagami Soemon and Tomohiro Ono voices his assistant Torihime Shu. A short anime airs inside TBS's Yoru no Branch from November 4.
Two cast members were named alongside the teaser: Shinnosuke Tachibana as Dr. Nakagami Soemon, the mysterious scholar who pursues the charismatics, and Tomohiro Ono as his assistant Torihime Shu. The short anime starts earlier than the TV series, running weekly inside Yoru no Branch at 23:56 from November 4.
The advance screening on December 6 at Ikebukuro HUMAX Cinemas shows episodes 1 and 2 with a stage greeting from the seven charisma voice actors. Attendees receive a "seasonally inappropriate fan." The project comes from EVIL LINE RECORDS, a King Records in-house label with Hypnosis Mic development and operation behind it, and Dazed.
