Cop Bastard Gets October 29 Release Date On Steam And GOG
A dated PC shooter with a fixed price and a live demo is being marketed on refusal rather than features, and that pitch now has a ship date.

Publisher Retrovibe and developer targim. set the PC release of the FPS Cop Bastard for October 29, 2026, on Steam and GOG.com. Players are a hardline detective in early 1990s Osaka, shooting through yakuza in narrow corridors. The game has no ADS, no puzzles, and no character builds. Spitting on enemies restores HP. A demo is already available on Steam, and the game supports Japanese.
The release date is October 29, 2026, on Steam and GOG.com. The setting is early 1990s Osaka, and the action is corridor shooting against waves of yakuza with pistols and machine guns. The design choices are subtractive: no aim-down-sights, no puzzles, no character builds. Health returns when the player spits on a corpse. A demo sits on the Steam store page now, and the game carries Japanese support.
