Devolver Digital has confirmed a Nintendo Switch 2 version of Massive Monster's Cult of the Lamb for October 22, at the same 2,530 yen price as the original Switch release. Owners of the Switch version get an upgrade path, free overseas and possibly 100 yen in Japan. Cumulative sales across all platforms passed 7 million copies, per April 2026 investor information.
The Switch 2 release keeps the original Switch price of 2,530 yen, and the upgrade route for existing owners splits by region: free overseas, with 100 yen floated for Japan, the same pattern Devolver Digital used for BALL x PIT. The game launched in August 2022 on consoles including the original Switch and PC. Sales across all platforms passed 7 million copies, a figure Devolver put out in April 2026 investor information, which is the number the publisher is carrying into a second console cycle.
