DISH's original character is being merchandised outside a game or anime, and Hobby Sakura is carrying it as a two-tier release with a higher-priced bonus edition.
Reporting from 1 source: Dengeki Hobby Web.
Hobby Sakura is making a 1/7-scale figure of Skeltia, the skeleton witch from DISH's original character line. The painted PVC and ABS figure stands about 270mm including the base and is listed on Amazon.co.jp at 26,950 yen, with release scheduled for June 30, 2027. A Deluxe Edition at 29,700 yen adds an original art bonus. Pre-orders are open.
The base edition ships with the figure and a base; the Deluxe Edition adds an original art bonus and costs 2,750 yen more. Both are 1/7 scale and share the same height and June 30, 2027 release date. Manufacturer is Hobby Sakura, and the copyright line credits Hobbysakura and DISH. The product photos are painted samples, and the manufacturer notes that specifications and included items may change without notice.
