EXO-6 is producing 1/6 scale figures of Ensign Pavel Chekov and Nurse Christine Chapel from "Star Trek: The Original Series," distributed in Japan by Platz. Chekov's sculpt follows Walter Koenig's likeness in a fabric Command gold uniform; Chapel's is a new mold based on Majel Barrett with a sky-blue medical uniform. Each costs 63,800 yen and is scheduled to ship in March 2027.
Chekov ships with a Type II phaser and a detachable Type I, a communicator, a tricorder, and a display base styled after a transporter pad. His body has more than 30 points of articulation, and the gold Command uniform is cut from fabric with the chest emblem represented.
Chapel stands about 28 cm and carries more than 28 points of articulation, with seamless legs and several hand parts. Her medical kit includes a tricorder on a fabric shoulder strap, a hypospray, and a medical scanner, and the communicator has a metal flip-up antenna grid.
